Karolina is our HR Manager. With over twenty five years of diverse HR experience in New Zealand and overseas, Karolina brings a great depth of understanding and skill to our business.

Like many of our team, Karolina is a busy working parent who is just as committed to her school community as she is to PDP.

Working alongside our HR Coordinator Zahrah, Karolina is responsible for recruitment, HR strategy and organisational development as well as the myriad of other responsibilities of any busy HR team.
