Ciarán has over 8 years’ experience in civil infrastructure planning, design and construction. During his career Ciarán has worked on an array of civil infrastructure projects since starting as a site engineer as part of dense urban water reticulation renewals to undertaking a large-scale surface water abstraction project. Moving into consulting Ciarán has been leading projects throughout the project lifecycle from problem identification right through to handover. Ciarán’s focus has been predominantly the water industry within Ireland, the UK, and New Zealand.
Ciarán is a Charted Civil Engineer and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and currently works as a Water Infrastructure Services Leader in the Auckland office. Some of Ciarán’s recent projects include a community wide centralised reticulation network utilising low pressure sewer system and a wastewater pump station and rising main amongst others. Ciarán also has a keen interest of and specialises in procurement of civil engineering projects through various industry conditions of contract.
