Hilary is an environmental engineer with over 8 years of experience working on a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects including groundwater, wastewater and stormwater projects. She is experienced in conceptual and detailed engineering design and construction management on projects including wastewater treatment plants and stormwater management schemes.
The projects Hilary typically works on involve project management, detailed site investigation, field testing & analysis, resource consent procurement, conceptual and detailed engineering design and construction management. She is skilled in numerical and analytical groundwater modelling and prepares groundwater management guidelines for Council and other organisations.
Hilary completed her Masters in Civil Engineering in 2004 and continues to conduct research in the area of groundwater-surface water interaction to provide related advice to Council and other organisations.
