This year we are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week a little differently 💚.
The theme this year is to take time to kōrero/mā te kōrero, ka ora – a little chat can go a long way. Across our offices, we are promoting our team to check up on their colleagues. Whether this is water-cooler (digital water-cooler for our Aucklanders) chat or compliment cards showing our appreciation for our workmates. This is a reminder to connect with and make time for a kōrero; you never know what a difference this can make to someone’s day.
